Managing successful engagements for new and existing customers, the full-time remote Engagement Manager will collaborate with Sales, develop project plans, and oversee multiple projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery. Key responsibilities Work closely with Sales to support the pipeline, sell Professional Services, and create Statements of Work (SOW) Develop detailed project plans and track risks, issues, and financial deliverables to meet project goals Communicate project milestones and manage day-to-day operations of multiple projects Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in customer-facing program/project leadership roles 2+ years of experience leading workload or business process automation engagements ERP experience, particularly with SAP, is preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience Project management certification is preferred
