Job description
To support agency operations and decision-making, the remote Tableau Developer will design and develop dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate data from multiple sources. Key responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations Gather and document business requirements, translating them into reporting and analytics solutions Integrate and validate data from multiple enterprise systems and databases, optimizing performance and user experience Required qualifications 8+ years of experience developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards and data visualizations in an enterprise environment 8+ years of proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud, including dashboard design and performance optimization 8+ years of experience with relational databases and writing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis 8+ years of ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for technical reporting solutions 8+ years of knowledge of data visualization best practices and business intelligence reporting standards
