Supporting senior Project Managers in a fully remote capacity, the entry-level Associate Project Manager will coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring smooth workflow through various internal departments. Key responsibilities Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources from concept to implementation Facilitate project routing for review and handle submissions for client and medical/legal review Maintain electronic job folders and pull weekly project financial reports Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Familiarity with submission platforms and project management tools Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
