To support the growth of a vibrant healthcare entrepreneurship community, the full-time Community Manager will engage and activate members while developing strategies to expand the community from approximately 2,000 to 100,000 members, working in a hybrid or remote capacity. Key responsibilities Develop and execute community growth strategies through various channels, including social media, partnerships, and events Support portfolio companies by facilitating connections with potential customers and investors within the community Create and manage a calendar of high-quality events that foster networking and collaboration among healthcare professionals Required qualifications Experience in community management, event planning, or related fields Strong networking skills with the ability to connect diverse professionals Proficiency in social media and content creation for community engagement Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously Interest in healthcare, startups, and venture capital
