To support a dynamic agency, the remote Senior Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end development of complex projects, manage timelines and budgets, and lead cross-functional teams while reporting to a Director of Project Management. Key responsibilities Manage the development of projects, ensuring quality and adherence to business processes Craft and monitor project timelines and budgets, leading reconciliation meetings as needed Identify risks and manage vendor relationships to secure necessary resources for project execution Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a pharmaceutical marketing agency Bachelor's degree (BA) required Experience managing large cross-functional teams and multiple vendor timelines Proficiency in MS Project or SmartSheets and advanced skills in Excel Demonstrated experience in leading process improvement initiatives
