Leading the organization responsible for the customer journey, the full-time salaried Vice President of Professional Services will manage onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion efforts while building and scaling a diverse team to enhance customer value and retention. Key responsibilities Own post-sales strategy and outcomes, focusing on onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion Lead and scale a team of Customer Success Managers, Enterprise Architects, and Technical Engagement Managers Drive value realization for customers, ensuring quick transition from deployment to production usage Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in Customer Success or related revenue leadership roles, with 3-5 years managing teams Experience in enterprise infrastructure or data platforms, with a strong understanding of technical concepts Proven track record of improving Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) in a B2B SaaS environment Experience building a postsales function from a scaling stage, including defining segmentation and health scoring Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Sales, Product, and Engineering leadership
