Engagement Manager

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Engagement Manager will oversee the successful execution of ServiceNow/Pyramid Analytics implementation projects, focusing on onboarding, enablement, and project management while collaborating with clients and stakeholders. Key responsibilities Manage the transition from Sales to implementation, ensuring alignment with client goals and project timelines Collaborate with stakeholders to develop proposals, establish success metrics, and lead the end-to-end onboarding process Evaluate project opportunities and mitigate risks while guiding customers on best practices related to the ServiceNow platform Required qualifications Tertiary education in business or technology Experience in analytics or business intelligence environments Strong people management and interpersonal skills Technical acumen in business intelligence and analytics Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues
