Job description
Working remotely, the full-time Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional support through inbound chats and call backs, assisting customers with account inquiries and product-related questions while contributing to a diverse team culture. Key responsibilities Provide customer support via inbound chats and call back customers as needed Respond to basic and routine account inquiries while assisting users with products and services Deliver expert customer experiences in a courteous and professional manner Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least 6 months of customer service experience Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy Ability to pass required assessments and background check Proficiency in fast-paced multitasking and eagerness to learn new technologies
