To support key business and people objectives, the full-time remote Training Specialist will design, develop, implement, and facilitate the Operations training and development program while collaborating with leadership to assess organizational needs and deliver effective training solutions. Key responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive training roadmap and calendar in collaboration with department leaders Assess training needs and create tailored training content for diverse employee roles and skill levels Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees, tracking progress and effectiveness of training initiatives Required qualifications BS or BA degree in a relevant field or 2 years of experience in training and development 2+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a healthcare setting Proven experience in instructional design and familiarity with learning management software Knowledge of healthcare operations, including pre-authorization and medical claims processing Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
