To ensure compliance and accuracy in transactions, the full-time Quality Assurance Specialist will audit service, claims, and enrollment processes remotely, while mentoring less experienced associates and identifying training opportunities. Key responsibilities Audits assigned functions for accuracy, benefit payment, and compliance with policies and procedures Acts as a coach and mentor to less tenured associates, assisting with cross-training and skill development Proactively identifies trends and training opportunities based on quality evaluations Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED 2 years of progressive experience in claims, customer service, enrollment, or billing auditing, preferably in healthcare or insurance Basic knowledge of quality assurance and production technologies Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Basic understanding of industry standards and quality control techniques
