Associate Program Manager

To support efficient payment operations and financial controls, the full-time Associate Program Manager will manage program budgets, develop reporting tools, and provide administrative support while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain budget tracking tools and financial reports for program updates Manage program budgets, invoicing, and payment reconciliations while ensuring compliance and accuracy Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and stakeholder experiences Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in project management, finance management, data analytics, or business operations Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to create pivot tables and write formulas Degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively Experience with proprietary CRM systems and reporting software
