Technical Solutions Engineer

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Technical Solutions Engineer will design and propose customized IT solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with sales to ensure successful implementation for enterprise customers. Key responsibilities Design and propose customized technical solutions that align with client-specific requirements Conduct product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients, showcasing key features Collaborate closely with the sales team on all technical aspects throughout the sales process Required qualifications Minimum of 4+ years of technical experience selling into enterprise accounts Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Minimum of 3+ years designing and architecting IT solutions for enterprise accounts Experience in Linux administration and troubleshooting Ability to understand and shape client business objectives as a trusted advisor
