Leading a team of data engineers, the full-time salaried Lead Data Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data warehouses while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver key metrics in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, providing guidance and technical expertise Manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization for data engineering projects Design and implement robust data pipelines and maintain the Data Vault, Data Warehouse, and Data Marts Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience 8+ years of technology experience with Amazon RDS, Microsoft SQL Server, or Snowflake Exceptional SQL development and performance tuning skills Strong experience with Python and related libraries such as Pandas and NumPy Experience with data engineering tools and platforms like Azure Data Factory or Fivetran is a plus
