We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated  per-diem Director of Nursing (DON) to support our expansion into the Greater Boston area.   With this  NEW  and  EXCITING OPPORTUNITY , the  Director of Nursing   (DON)  will ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence and regulatory compliance within the region   for our  NEW OFFICE !

The  DON  will be responsible for overseeing all clinical operations and supervising nursing staff for Affirmed Home Care.   If you’re an experienced  Registered Nurse  looking for a  POSTIVE ,  TEAM-DRIVEN  company where your  SKILLS  are  VALUED ,  we’d love to meet you!   This role will start on a per-dem basis, with the possibility of evolving into a full-time position.   What We’re Looking For :

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
• Active MA Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Minimum of 7 years of nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or educational role, within home care required.
