Leading the development and execution of paid media strategies for nonprofit clients, the full-time Senior Paid Media Strategist will manage campaign performance, collaborate with internal teams and clients, and provide actionable insights to optimize integrated fundraising campaigns in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute paid media strategies across digital channels, serving as the subject matter expert for assigned accounts Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including strategic brief development, setup, optimization, and reporting Analyze campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field 3+ years of experience in digital media planning, buying, and campaign optimization, preferably in an agency setting Current Google Ads certifications Experience managing campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels Proficiency with Google Analytics and campaign reporting tools
