Head of Growth Marketing

Owning the growth strategy in a fully remote capacity, the Head of Growth Marketing will manage the pipeline targets, oversee paid media channels, and lead a team to build AI-powered marketing experiences for ecommerce brands. Key responsibilities Own the pipeline target and collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to build a growth machine Develop and execute strategies for paid media, including budget allocation and creative testing across various platforms Lead a team focused on growth, lifecycle, creative, and experiential marketing while fostering a high-velocity experimentation culture Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, engineering, or as a founder Extensive performance marketing and paid media experience at scale Strong quantitative skills with a deep understanding of attribution and incrementality Proficient in utilizing AI tools and experience in building AI-driven products Demonstrated history of rapid experimentation that positively impacted pipeline or revenue
