Key Responsibilities
Own the full growth funnel for Circles, including acquisition, conversion, retention, and upgrades
Drive paid marketing performance by planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns across various channels
Lead a cross-functional growth team focused on achieving profitable growth
Required Qualifications
5+ years of growth or performance marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Deep experience in paid user acquisition across mobile and social platforms
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making
Experience marketing a subscription product and understanding of LTV and sustainable growth
