To support the onboarding process for new Guest Teachers, the fully remote Talent Coordinator will manage candidate communications, maintain data systems, and create a welcoming environment for new hires while working primarily during MST/CST business hours. Key responsibilities Onboard new hires by efficiently managing the onboarding experience and providing digital support through various platforms Manage data systems by updating dashboards and applicant tracking systems, ensuring accurate communication of candidate information Create a welcoming environment by responding to new hire inquiries promptly and fostering a positive team atmosphere Required qualifications 1-2 years of work experience or professional internships Proficiency with Excel, Google Docs, Zoom, and Outlook Classroom experience is a plus Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred Preference for candidates who can work 9am-5pm MST/CST
