Job Description

Take initiative on all projects from conception to completion. Assist in potential business development meetings. Organize / assist in client meetings and develop long-term relationships. Coordinate with client, architects, and engineers, subcontractors. Perform estimates. Prepare budgets and schedules. Proactively drive solutions. Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site. Travel is minimal (few days each month).

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or construction related degree preferred. 5-10+ years of Construction Project Management experience. Experience in ground up and / or renovation multifamily projects is preferred. Ability to work in a collaborative team setting. Prior experience leading construction projects from start to finish. Estimating experience is a plus. Client facing.

What's on Offer

Competitive salary range between $95,000 and $125,000. Fully paid healthcare for the employee. Bonus earning potential based on performance. 401(k) plan with employer match. Vehicle and phone allowances.
