To support a high-visibility Telematics Portfolio, the remote contract Senior Scrum Master will lead planning and execution of large-scale initiatives, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams while managing risks and dependencies. Key responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives Facilitate portfolio-level Agile ceremonies and support dependency management across multiple Agile teams Develop and maintain initiative roadmaps, milestone plans, and delivery dashboards while monitoring delivery metrics Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Program Manager, or Agile Delivery Leader in technology organizations Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, Lean principles, and scaled delivery practices Advanced Jira expertise, including dashboard creation and reporting Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications effectively
