Job description
Owning the demand generation strategy, the full-time Director of Demand Generation will manage multi-channel campaigns, lead a small team, and utilize AI to drive pipeline growth in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own the multi-channel demand generation strategy that drives pipeline across PLG and enterprise motions Build and scale account-based experience (ABX) programs in collaboration with Sales for priority verticals Lead and develop a small team while managing agency and contractor relationships Required qualifications 10+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Experience marketing to technical audiences and familiarity with PLG and enterprise go-to-market motions Proficiency in using AI for workflow design, campaign automation, and reporting Fluency with modern marketing/sales tools such as Marketo and Salesforce Strong sense of ownership and ability to create solutions independently
