Job description
Leading a remote team, the full-time Customer Care Manager will drive customer-centric operations, ensuring service and sales performance goals are met while developing talent and implementing process improvements. Key responsibilities Lead and develop customer care teams to achieve service and sales objectives Analyze performance trends and implement strategies to enhance customer experience Collaborate with internal partners to align operational execution with company goals Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience 5+ years of relevant leadership experience in contact center or customer operations Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive results at scale Experience implementing process improvements and AI technologies Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer service systems
