As a fully remote Senior Client Success Manager, the successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to payer and managed care clients, focusing on maximizing the value of Workforce Management and EVV solutions while cultivating executive relationships and driving meaningful outcomes. Key responsibilities Cultivate relationships with C-Level leaders and business counterparts to ensure strategic alignment and effective sales opportunity management Lead business reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and drive outcomes Educate clients on industry insights and Netsmart solutions, including product roadmaps and best practices Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience At least 5 years of sales or account management experience in healthcare and/or technology services Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders Effective presentation skills, particularly in a sales context Ability to manage complex situations and collaborate with cross-functional teams
