Key responsibilities Gather and document requirements while collaborating with customers and the development team Conduct full system testing to ensure overall functionality and address customer-reported issues Assist in training and developing user guides as needed, and create user stories and tasks in Azure DevOps Studio Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in requirements gathering At least 2 years of experience supporting software in a production environment Proven experience in developing Business Requirements documentation for 2 years Experience in conducting full system testing with overall functionality for 2 years Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working on a Scrum Team is highly desired
