About the Role: We’re seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our team, oversee daily
operations, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role calls for a visionary leader
who builds and stabilizes cohesive teams, champions teaching over doing, and possesses the
financial and operational insight to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
To ensure
● Team Leadership: Build, retain, and develop a high-performing team, supported by
Assistant Managers, fostering stability and growth.
● Mentorship: Act as a teacher, focusing on empowering and developing team members
rather than taking on tasks solo.
● Financial Management: Demonstrate a strong grasp of financials, including budgeting,
cost management, and P&L oversight.
● Sound Decision-Making: Make informed, strategic decisions that align with business
goals and enhance team performance.
● Delegation: Effectively delegate responsibilities to team members to maximize
operational efficiency.
● Employee Retention: Create an inclusive environment that values each team member,
reducing turnover and strengthening team cohesion.
● Communication: Listen actively, handle feedback professionally, and maintain open
communication channels with team members and leadership.
● Emotional Intelligence: Manage emotions effectively, fostering a positive workplace even
under pressure.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
● Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience, with direct responsibility for
financial outcomes.
● Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
● Proven ability to lead, stabilize, and develop teams.
● Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financials, and guest service excellence.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment/ Physical Demands: Typical restaurant environment where you will walk,
bend and stand for periods of time, and be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to
50 pounds.
