Head of Sales
In office 2 days a week (Northern NJ)
Our client, a fast-growing technology provider for experiential gatherings, is looking for a Head of Sales to lead their inbound sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will come from a smaller company and have experience managing a sales team of at least 5 . Initially focused on optimizing inbound sales, this role will expand to include outbound strategies.

Key Responsibilities :
Oversee end-to-end sales processes, focusing on inbound lead optimization.Set and track sales targets, KPIs, and strategic sales plans.Lead and develop a team of 5+ sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure sales alignment.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities.Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and data analysis to optimize performance.Key Qualifications :
Proven senior sales leadership experience from a smaller, fast-paced company.Track record of managing and mentoring a team of 5+ .Strong background in both inbound and outbound sales.Expertise in sales strategy, goal setting, and achieving revenue growth.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.This role offers the chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic, growing company.
