Job description
A company is looking for a Customer Care Advocate to provide support in a high-volume, inbound Contact Center. Key Responsibilities Deliver accurate and timely support to patients and providers throughout the device wear process Make outbound calls to explain coverage, responsibilities, or payment options Document all interactions and coverage details in Salesforce with accuracy Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2-3+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment Experience using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook Typing speed of 40+ WPM and confident system navigation Flexibility to adapt quickly in a growth-driven, fast-paced environment
