HR Generalist

Seeking a detail-oriented part-time generalist to provide essential support across all facets of our HR operations. In this role, you will be a point of contact for employees, managing everything from payroll and benefits to onboarding and HR systems.

Looking for someone to work 30 hours / week but are flexible with the schedule, although additional hours may be needed based on the needs of the business.

Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the HR Generalist performs a variety of generalist support activities in all HR areas, but primarily responsible for all Payroll and HR activities.

Key Responsibilities :

HR Generalist Support

• Provide HR support, by being a point of contact regarding benefits, policies and procedures, leaves of absence, and any other HR-related questions.
• Act as the primary liaison between associates and other HR centers of excellence functions in order to provide a high level of service.
• Provide additional support for employee events as needed including monthly team meetings.
• Ensure excellent customer service to employee questions with regard to HRIS, health benefits, 401k and payroll.
• Support and manage various HR projects as required.
• Conduct internal audits and manage sensitive documentation securely.

Ensure successful onboarding for new employee. Facilitate New Hire Orientation and conduct onboarding sessions to ensure successful new hire integration.

Pay Transparency Disclosure : The base pay scale offered for this position is $30- $35 per hour. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data.
