Environmental & Maintenance Supervisor

The Environmental Supervisor is responsible for supervising all maintenance, housekeeping and laundry staff while maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, guests and team members. The primary working location will be Ecumen Prairie Lodge in Brooklyn Center, MN. This position will also work at Ecumen's Home Office in Shoreview, MN and Lilac Parkway in Robbinsdale, MN, on a regular basis. Ecumen Prairie Lodge consists of 45 assisted living suites, as well as 15 additional residences for seniors requiring memory care services and is in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. Lilac Parkway consists of 48 independent living rental apartment homes and is located in Robbinsdale, Minnesota.

Opportunity Details :

• Schedule : Full-Time Shift : 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm (this can be flexible)
• Position works Monday through Friday
• Leader on duty weekend rotation approximately every 8-10 weeks
• Paid holidays off
• 40 hours / week
• Pay : The targeted pay range for this job is $27 to $35 per hour. Ecumen considers a variety of factors when determining new hire pay including experience, qualifications, and, when applicable, certifications, licenses, and education.
