About the Position :
Patients have an average length of stay of around 18 days with a 92% return to home rate. In this role you will lead a team of 5 PTs and 3 PTAs that area passionate about the Neuro population.
50% of the role is focused on patient care and outcomes and 50% is focused on administrative tasks : Process improvement, training, chart audits, program development and expansion, and department education.

Qualifications & Requirements :
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- 5+ years of Physical Therapy experience
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Inpatient Rehab experienced preferred
- Active Utah PT license or ability to obtain
- Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
- Collaborative, team building personality style
- Servant leader mindset
