Job Title
The role provides strategic & operational analysis in support of complex business initiatives at scale for Oracle Health Foundations Operations & Analytics functions, but includes :
Team Focus :
- Data Management, Governance, and Quality programs
- BI & Analytics to support Change, CAPA / Problem Management, OpsBar, Ops Maturity, Incident Management, and other Executive facing analytics
- POC / MVP programs to leverage AI / ML / LLM to drive business value from structured and unstructured data
- Defining business KPIs and Metrics to enable leadership decisions through data
- Process improvement initiatives in Oracle Health Operations Functional Areas :
- Take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable milestones and deliver against tight deadlines
- Gather complex, sometimes unstructured, data inputs from multiple sources (both internally and externally) and identify new data sources that will enhance business outcomes and support strategic and tactical objectives
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints
- Build relationships and collaborate globally with stakeholders and partners to deliver outcomes across the organization, ensuring a shared understanding of progress and performance
- Ensure that stated and unstated goals, business issues, concerns and priorities are surfaced and understood
Responsibilities :
Lead and mature the Data Governance & Quality program, ensuring consistent trustworthy data models and analysis across Oracle Health Foundations.Lead the development lifecycle for new Executive facing analytics in the areas of Change, Problem (CAPA), Incident, Maturity, and Support pillarsPartner with Operations pillar programs (Change, Problem, OpsBar, Ops Wellness, Post-Incident Review) and platform teams to drive automation and improve overall data quality and availability.Develop BI, Data Engineering, and Analytics Standards, across the team and organization.Drive programs to enable 'self-service' reporting / dashboards utilizing standard data models, documentation, and data catalogue.Facilitate cross-functional reviews with leadership to ensure high-risk or recurring issues are addressed through structured improvement plans.Track and report program health, trends, and outcomes to executive stakeholders, identifying systemic risks and opportunities for process optimization.Partner with Quality, Change Management, and Service Reliability teams to embed preventive controls and promote a culture of continuous improvement.Required Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).7+ years of experience in program or process management within software, healthcare, or regulated environments.Demonstrated expertise in data management, data analysis, technical program management, and leadership engagement.Previous experience build and / or managing a data quality and governance functionWorking knowledge of Oracle cloud native BI / Analytics tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and leadership audiences.Disclaimer :

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $90,100 to $199,500 per annum.
