A company is looking for a Learning Operations Analyst to support learning programs and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Key Responsibilities
Partner with instructional designers and stakeholders to implement learning solutions and ensure adoption of learning systems
Monitor and resolve conflicts in employee demographics within learning applications and provide necessary reporting
Organize and facilitate meetings, develop project plans, and support virtual learning environments
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in human resources, healthcare administration, education, business, or related field, or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
At least two years of relevant work experience required
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams; advanced skills preferred
Learning Management System experience preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple programs and events under tight deadlines
