About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to manage HR operations across two plant locations and the corporate office, supporting up to 125 employees across all sites. This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring compliance, managing HR processes, supporting employees and leadership, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and capable of handling a broad range of responsibilities while maintaining strong organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the solo HR contact for two plants and the corporate office.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, skilled trades, and office roles.
- Oversee employee relations, performance reviews, coaching, and HR compliance (FMLA, EEO, OSHA, etc.).
- Administer payroll and benefits using Paylocity.
- Maintain and update company policies and employee handbook.
- Track HR metrics including turnover, attendance, and training hours.
- Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with company goals.
- Coordinate with external HR and legal vendors as needed.
Required Qualifications :
Proven experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in manufacturing.Experience with payroll and benefits administration.Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment law.Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple locations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Additional Information :
