Our client is looking for several Bilingual Spanish / English Customer Service Representative to join their team with one of the largest healthcare corporations remotely.
Location : REMOTE
Contract : 1 year
Pay Rate : $17.50-$20.00 / hr
As a Bilingual Spanish / English Customer Care Representative, you will respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels including telephone, e-mail, web chat and digital channels (including online, mobile & IVR) in a cross functional Contact Center.
This person will be responsible for :
- Telephone customer service
- Scheduling medical appointments
- Follow scripting tools, enter data as required, accurately
- Adhere to scheduled hours
Requirements :
- 2 years of customer service background or medical scheduling
- Must be bilingual English and Spanish
- Friendly and compassionate
- Detail oriented
- Follow scripting / directions / schedule
