What You\'ll Do

• Lead the full lifecycle of PMIS implementation : planning, requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and beyond.
• Build and maintain schedules, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful rollouts.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure the system works for everyone, not just the tech team.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture requirements and map workflows.
• Oversee data migration, system integrations, and interfaces to keep information flowing smoothly.
• Develop training programs and resources so end-users feel confident using the system from day one.
• Monitor risks, issues, and changes; keep stakeholders informed with clear updates.
• Ensure every step follows best practices, compliance needs, and organizational guidelines.
• Provide post-implementation troubleshooting, optimizations, and adoption strategies.
