What You\'ll Do
- Lead the full lifecycle of PMIS implementation : planning, requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and beyond.
- Build and maintain schedules, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful rollouts.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure the system works for everyone, not just the tech team.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture requirements and map workflows.
- Oversee data migration, system integrations, and interfaces to keep information flowing smoothly.
- Develop training programs and resources so end-users feel confident using the system from day one.
- Monitor risks, issues, and changes; keep stakeholders informed with clear updates.
- Ensure every step follows best practices, compliance needs, and organizational guidelines.
- Provide post-implementation troubleshooting, optimizations, and adoption strategies.
What You Bring
Bachelors degree in IT, Project Management, or related field.10+ years in project management or software implementation, with 3+ years specifically on PMIS rollouts.Proven experience with SaaS and cloud-based solutions.Hands-on experience with integrations, data migration, and change management.Knowledge of PMIS platforms (Kahua, Oracle Unifier, etc.).Project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Monday, Jira, etc.).Strong leadership and team coordination skills.Excellent communication; ability to guide clients and stakeholders throughout the journey.Analytical problem-solving with a results-first mindset.Familiarity with data migration, integrations, and testing best practices.Awareness of compliance and data security standards.Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with public sector or large-scale construction / infrastructure projects.PMP certification preferred; Agile / Scrum.Experience with government contracts or public sector project requirements.Familiarity with enterprise-level reporting tools and dashboard customization.A knack for thriving in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and challenges abound.Why You\'ll Love It Here
