S&OP / SC Excellence Director

Huntsman is seeking a S&OP / SC Excellence Director supporting the Performance Products Division located in The Woodlands, Texas. This position will report to the Performance Products Supply Chain Excellence Leadership .

Job Scope :

S&OP / SC Excellence Director leads and drives the S&OP process, ensuring alignment between sales, manufacturing, and operations strategies. They would be responsible for developing and implementing best-in-class S&OP practices, improving supply chain efficiency, and managing key performance metrics. This role would also involve leading cross-functional teams, mentoring employees, and communicating with senior management.

In summary, as the S&OP / SC Excellence Director, you will :

Leading and Driving the S&OP Process :

• This includes establishing and maintaining a structured S&OP process, ensuring alignment between sales, operations, and finance, and leading the monthly S&OP meetings.

Supply Chain Optimization :

Analytics and Key Performance Metric Management :

Process Improvement :

Team Leadership and Development :

Communication and Collaboration :

Risk Management :

Strategic Planning :

Digitization and Analytics

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
