Sommelier
About the Position
Extensive food and wine knowledge, and prior experience with a multi-course, fine-dining menu are preferred for candidates applying for a role as one of our Sommeliers.
Sommeliers are expected to work closesly with the captains to enhance the guests experience. Leading all guests questions about the wine list, opening and decanting, etc.

Xiquet opens for dinner service Tuesdays through Saturdays, and closes each week on Sundays and Mondays. We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package based on experience, to include health benefits for full time employees.
