We are expanding in the Tampa market and looking for skilled Commercial Roofing Crews and experienced Foremen with Torch and TPO system experience . If you’re a seasoned foreman ready to lead or a commercial roofer looking for steady work and growth, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do

Install and repair Torch-down and TPO commercial roofing systems (along with coatings, single-ply, built-up, etc.)

Safely remove existing roofing and prepare surfaces for new materials

Set up and maintain safety equipment, ladders, and scaffolds

Lead or assist crews in day-to-day commercial roofing operations

Ensure high-quality work is delivered on time and on budget

Keep job sites safe, clean, and organized

What We’re Looking For

Foremen : Proven leadership on commercial projects, ability to manage crews & ensure OSHA compliance

Roofers / Laborers : Skilled in Torch and TPO applications

Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to work in Florida’s weather conditions

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights

Strong work ethic and teamwork are a must
