Job Title : Repair Technician

Location : Charlotte, NC

Duration : 12 months

Shift : Monday Friday, 6 : 00 AM 2 : 30 PM

Job Description :

We are seeking skilled Repair Technicians to join Charlotte facility. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with electronic repair, troubleshooting, and soldering, with the ability to analyze and resolve issues down to the component level.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic components and assemblies.

Diagnose issues at the component level using test equipment and schematics.

Maintain repair productivity and meet quality standards.

Read and interpret schematic diagrams accurately.

Adhere to all warehouse and safety regulations.

Maintain clean and organized work areas.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.

Required Skills & Experience :

Strong understanding of electronic circuitry and component theory.

Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and signal generators.

Proficient in soldering and de-soldering (both surface mount and thru-hole).

Ability to troubleshoot electronic boards to the component level.

Experience handling hard drives and following ESD standards.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Capable of working independently or within a team environment.
