Superintendent – Commonwealth Construction Management (CCM) is seeking full time commercial superintendents for projects ranging from $500,000 to $3,000,000. Project types are restaurants, tenant improvements, dental / medical primarily in the Central Virginia area.  We approach each project as a unique opportunity to provide value, find solutions and simplify the construction process for our clients. Our mission simply is : “To be there, ALWAYS, for the client”.

Here's what we need :

Experience and knowledge of all phases of construction is required and strong technical knowledge, safety management and communication skills are critical.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4-5 years of commercial construction field experience.
• Two years of direct supervisory experience related to subcontractor management.
• Proficiency in using a personal computer (PC) and company communication tools, such as email, the internet, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook).
• Experience with Procore is a plus.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
