UX / UI Design Lead

A company is looking for a UX / UI Design Lead to shape exceptional user experiences across multiple website projects on a freelance basis.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with creative leadership and developers to understand project goals and design specifications

Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and validate design concepts

Develop and maintain a cohesive UI design system while optimizing applications for speed and scalability

Required Qualifications

Experience with UI design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch

Strong understanding of UX / UI principles and responsive design

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, or SASS for building UI components

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently and collaboratively

Demonstrated ability to stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies
