WHAT YOULL DO THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Community Leader (General Manager) , you will lead the overall store operations while sitting at the forefront of the guest and team member experience.
Your previous restaurant leadership experience will come in handy as you oversee the financial and business performance of the store.
With our mission in mind, you will use creative strategies to drive traffic and stay engaged with the local community. Above all, you will focus on developing a winning team, creating a consistent experience for our guests, and sustaining an environment where positive results happen naturally.
Were looking for service-driven people with a dedication to hospitality and at least two years of experience leading a team.
Youll also need a valid drivers license.
