We’re hiring a Dental Hygienist who wants competitive hourly compensation, a supportive clinical team, and a schedule that allows for a healthy work-life balance.
You’ll step into an outpatient dental role focused on preventive care, periodontal therapy, and patient education. You’ll work alongside experienced dentists and dental assistants while providing quality, patient-centered care and building lasting relationships within the community.

• You hold an active Missouri Dental Hygienist license

Compensation & Benefits
• W-2 hourly compensation: $50–$55
• Potential 1099 contractor option: $60 per hour
• Medical insurance starting at $27.09 biweekly for employee-only HDHP coverage or $51.94 biweekly for PPO coverage
• Dental insurance starting at $7.39 biweekly for employee-only coverage
• Vision insurance at $2.34 biweekly for employee-only coverage

• 10 vacation days initially, increasing to 15 days in year three
