Finance Contractor

CTG is seeking a Finance Contractor to support the North American business line in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Location : Morrisville, NC

Duration : 12+ months, with possibility for extension

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts to support management decisions.
• Analyze revenue, costs, and profits to identify growth opportunities and risks; provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead or support budget preparation, track implementation, and report on variances.
• Prepare financial statements and special reports in compliance with US GAAP / IFRS.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams, supporting project feasibility assessments and contract reviews.
• Streamline financial analysis processes and improve efficiency and data quality.

Qualifications :

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
