Finance Contractor Opportunity

CTG is seeking a finance contractor to support the North American business line in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Location : Morrisville, NC Duration : 12+ months, with possibility for extension Key responsibilities include : developing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts to support management decisions; analyzing revenue, costs, and profits to identify growth opportunities and risks; providing actionable recommendations; leading or supporting budget preparation, tracking implementation, and reporting on variances; preparing financial statements and special reports in compliance with US GAAP / IFRS; collaborating with sales and operations teams, supporting project feasibility assessments and contract reviews; and streamlining financial analysis processes and improving efficiency and data quality.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred. Three to five years of financial analysis experience, ideally in North American markets or multinational companies. Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to work collaboratively across teams. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
