Senior Implementation Consultant

Leading client implementations for workforce solutions, the full-time Senior Implementation Consultant will manage the entire client launch experience, from post-sale handoff through go-live, while working remotely and building scalable processes and documentation. Key responsibilities Own the implementation approach for assigned client-facing solutions, establishing clear processes and launch readiness criteria Lead client implementations, managing project scope, timelines, and ensuring alignment between clients and internal teams Oversee client setup and configuration, including data readiness and migration, while coordinating technical requirements and testing Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, client onboarding, or related client-facing environments 3+ years of experience leading complex client implementations or cross-functional launch programs Proven ability to manage multiple client launches simultaneously Experience with data migration and working with technical teams on integrations Strong project management skills, including organization and documentation capabilities
