As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication and professional presence. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the assigned commercial real estate location, including building interiors and perimeters, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

Observe and report any irregularities or suspicious activities according to company protocols and client requirements.

Communicate and collaborate with property management, tenants, and Allied Universal colleagues to maintain a secure environment.

Assist with access control procedures, monitoring entrances and exits, and verifying identification as required by site policies.

Complete detailed and accurate incident reports, shift logs, and other documentation as directed by Allied Universal and / or client expectations.

Minimum Requirements :

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.

CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
