As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Your visible presence and attentive communication will be key in supporting a positive experience for customers and staff. You will conduct routine patrols throughout the premises, address potential loss prevention concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction. What You'll Do

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to maintain a welcoming environment for visitors, employees, and / or customers.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and its perimeter, observing for suspicious activity and helping to deter unwanted behavior.

Document and report any incidents, observations, or issues according to Allied Universal protocols.

Assist with access control and monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry.

Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and / or law enforcement as required.

Minimum Requirements

Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.

Have previous supervisory experience.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
