Formulation Chemist – Coatings & Building Materials

Location : Greater Milwaukee, WI Area

A specialty chemical manufacturer is seeking a Formulation Chemist to lead R&D efforts in coatings and building products. This role will focus on developing and testing new formulations while improving existing product lines.

Responsibilities :

• Develop new product formulations for coatings, adhesives, and construction materials.
• Conduct lab testing and analysis to ensure performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with production teams on scale-up and manufacturing processes.
• Maintain accurate lab documentation and technical reports.
