Compensation: $19.00-$21.00 per hour - paid weekly

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Entry Level Machine Operators for a leading manufacturing company located in Alexandria, MN. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay and promotional opportunities, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Machine Operator:
  • Efficiently and accurately read and follow work instructions
  • Operate the press to produce molded parts
  • Follow Operator Instructions for the specific part criteria including performing quality checks and any required SPC as directed by the team leader
  • Visually inspect each molded part
  • Clip and trim molded parts
  • Pack molded parts in boxes
  • Advise the next operator of any information about press or molded parts
  • Follow all safety guidelines and rules
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
What You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator Role:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Good mechanical ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Good math skills
  • Prior manufacturing experience preferred
  • Accepting entry level candidates – no experience required
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations #AlexJobs
