A well-established organization is seeking a full-time Claims Specialist to join its team in Tulsa. This role blends customer service, collections, and claims work, and is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment. Candidates must be self-starters with strong problem-solving and research skills, and able to retain and apply complex information.
Responsibilities
Communicate professionally with consumers to resolve claims
Navigate varying state regulations using provided resources
Maintain composure and professionalism in challenging conversations
Apply learned information accurately and consistently
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure claims are processed efficiently
Qualifications
At least a year in customer service, collections, or claims preferred
College highly preferred; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to research and problem-solve independently
High attention to detail and adaptability
Comfortable working in a structured, business casual office environment
Bilingual (Spanish / English) would be a bonus
Candidates with stable work history (no job hopping)
Pay Details : $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
